Protein Power Diet: Gain Muscle with Grass Fed Beef

Are you on a protein power diet? If so you’re probably eating this way to gain muscle and/or lose fat.  Grass fed beef is the perfect compliment to this diet.

For me, being on the protein power diet is a muscle building thing. You know how sometimes you have 15 inch biceps and really want 16 inch biceps? That’s where I’m at for the most part. I just want that extra something flowing through my system and helping me along with the muscle building process.
