Try Boxing Workouts To Burn Fat
If you’re trying to burn body fat and are bored senseless while running or jogging, you can give boxing workouts a try. To do this you’ll need a heavy, speed bag, jump rope, and some bag gloves. Start out hitting the heavy bag and do a few 3 minute rounds with a minute of rest in between. Do the same on the speed bag and with the jump rope. Finsh your boxing workouts with some abdominal training.
