Walking
As it turns out, walking is actually good exercise. Who’d of thought? Getting your exercise by walking is a low impact way to get your workout. Walking briskly has many of the benefits of jogging without the knee damaging jarring. It elevates your heart rate–gets your blood pumping–and even helps to strengthen your legs. All this, without putting too much strain on your ankles and knees.
