Exercise and Martial Arts - How to Train

For those who want to take up aerobic exercise, but have not been active for a while, you should make sure you take your time and work up to it. If you try to do an hour of aerobic exercise right of the bat, you could really hurt yourself. You want to start out with very short workouts and then add times to your routine as you go along. Start out with just five or ten minutes of  exercise and then stop once you start to feel like you can’t go on. You will want to push yourself beyond that point in the future, but when you start, you want to get your body use to the idea of exercising again before you do so.
