Walleye and northern pike fishing tips

October 29th, 2010

These walleye fishing tips will help you a ton to learn how to fish a walleye. Walleye fishing is one of the most exciting and enjoyable ways to catch fish that can grow to a large size. You just never know when you’re going to hook into a lunker.

I’ve been fishing for 60 years and I’ll give you one of the tricks I learned on my own. When fishing live bait or even twister tails always use a stinger hook. It doesn’t have to be a large hook as a smaller one will work just as well. You can buy them, now, at any baitshop.

Oops, almost forgot my secret northern fishing weapon. It’s not a secret I keep but it’s also something I guess most people just don’t believe. Anyway, my big northern fishing secret is simple a couple of drops of Dr. Juice Northern on each bait or lure. That combo will out fish anything without Dr. Juice. I know that for a fact as I’ve tested it numerous times and even written about it once. You can read about it here at Northern Pike Fishing Tips rather than me write more about it here.

Here’s a fact you might not know about northerns but they like to come up to inches below the surface and bask in the sun. Except for the creek bottom thing all methods are in water warmer than the surrounding water and all provide close cover so the “Esox Lucious” can ambush her prey. As you might suspect from the fact they like to lay in the sun they also aren’t real ambitious, preferring to strike from ambush or better yet, finding something freshly dead that they like to eat.

About Womens Exercise Clothing

October 28th, 2010

Trendy women’s exercise clothing gives a girl inspiration, to keep that New year’s promise and essentially get out and exercise, ( looking good ), drop one or two pounds and be fit and trim. This present allows you to give acquaintances and family a poke in the right way. When selecting the sort of women’s exercise clothing for your woman, consider what sort of exercise she goes in for running, yoga, skating, bowling or powerful workout programs in the living room.

Choosing Womens Exercise Clothing

When choosing the type of women’s exercise clothing for your lady, consider what kind of exercise she goes in for – running, yoga, skating, bowling or vigorous workout regimens in the living room. A full leotard suit is comfortable, attractive and easy to wash out every day and is a good choice for indoor workouts or that yoga or aerobics class.

Variety in Womens Exercise Clothing

Nothing serves better than a comfy T-shirt during the rigorous workout session. Avoid buying collar neck or strapless tops. In case you are looking forward for sporting a stylish sweaty look, go for straps, sleeveless or short-sleeved T-shirts. For the bottoms, exercising shorts or regular shots are the best clothes for women in general. Black is the best color to opt for as it gives plus size women a slimmer look. For fuller figures, black legging with black T-shirt or pink T-shirt is the classic option. For outdoor workouts, reflective workout clothing is the best. Mix and match the tops and bottoms.

The Home Gym Advantage

October 27th, 2010

How many of us have started a fitness program with bright eyes and eager faces and then drop out of the scene after a couple of days? If you count yourself among those who did, you’re not alone. We know the benefits of having a regular exercise and fitness regimen, but with all the stress and diversions of daily life, it’s no wonder that at the end of the day, we’d rather sit on the couch and munch on chips. Going to a regular gym is just too much for some of us. So why not let the gym come to us and put up a home gym?

Think of the home gym as an investment. Instead of paying membership fees and monthly dues, home gyms just need one payment and you own it for life. Although you have to pay upfront for the equipment and may need a bigger amount for it than regular gym dues, you will still save a lot in the long run. There are many home gym models available in the market. Choose the one that gives you the most value for your money. Used properly, the home gym will give you years of fitness and health.

One of the reasons we drop out of our exercise program is because we lack time. With a home gym, we can schedule our exercise regimen around some other important things we’re doing. We can divide a 30 minute exercise plan into 3 sets with 10 minutes for each session scheduled throughout the day at any time. Of course, a 30-minute to 1 hour continuous workout session would probably be ideal but any workout activity is better than no activity at all. Having home gym equipment can eventually inspire us to carve out time for ourselves.

Also, having a home gym is incredibly convenient. Have you stood in line waiting for one of those treadmills to get freed up? Finally, when you finally get your turn, you try to squeeze in a 20 minute cardio activity into 10 minutes because there are so many still waiting for you to finish. You will probably have to share your home gym equipment with your spouse but it sure beats having to wait in line at the gym. Besides, when working out, you shouldn’t wait too long between sets. Staying at the gym for 2 hours would probably make us feel virtuous, but if we realized that 75% of the time was spent standing in line or socializing, we’d probably be happy to exchange our gym memberships for our own equipment.

Over at the FitnessArmory.com, you can let our expert advice on fitness and equipment reviews help you create the perfect home gym but without all the huge costs. We have the exclusive reviews on all your favorite brands and models to help you get in shape, get healthy and look great. Recent product reviews include: Bowflex Treadclimber TC3000, Total Gym 3000. We invite you to stop by or drop us a line if you have any questions or need help with your fitness equipment selections.

Exercise Fitness and health nutrition

October 21st, 2010

Exercise and fitness are like the two sides of the same coin. One can’t be without the other. You cannot achieve fitness without intense physical exercises, because that’s the way to improve health and reach a great body shape. The exercise and fitness levels vary depending on your goals, your physical condition and several other factors like age, chronic disease, diet, rest, state of mind and hydration.

The diversity of fitness exercises makes it possible to develop a great body condition. A strong and lean body is best modeled with resistance training; stretching helps you extend the muscles to their full extent while aerobic exercises stimulate the heart rate and improve the respiratory system.

The human body is a very complex machine and in vain will you work the muscles unless you take care of what you eat, how you eat, what you think and how you function in general lines. People have grown used to abusing their bodies in so many ways without even knowing it. Lack of sleep, junk food, alcohol, cigarettes, even drugs, and still, our body still works. Hence, the approach to exercise and fitness should begin with the close analysis of personal lifestyle, so that you may understand how to maximize your physical activity level, in order to achieve goals.

There are challenges and controversies about certain programs, and it takes a bit of determination and consistency on your part to develop good physical training routines. It is important to take up fitness exercises with a positive goal in mind. Why take up aerobics if you hate it, and ‘I must’ will never be convincing enough. You should have a clear justification for your set goals and you should choose to reach them by as pleasant ways as possible.

Search for exercise and fitness solutions at any time you want, but try not to be self-indulging. The motivation you have to take up exercise and fitness could be really important under the circumstances. Try to be substantial and persistent in your goals in order to see results out of a long term training plan. Be aware of your body and get informed on what keeps you healthy on the long run. If you pump your muscles on steroids, you can say goodbye to natural exercise and fitness. Such an approach is totally detrimental for health!

It is thus important to choose a sport or those fitness exercises that correspond to your personality.

Be natural in the exercise and fitness approach, and together with a stronger body, you will develop self-awareness. You should learn the basic principles of healthy nutrition and live by them every day as a way to support your attempt to improve fitness and enjoy a great body. Real fitness with solid physical activity depends on good nutrition for efficiency.

Stretching exercises

From all types of fitness exercises, these are the ones with the most numerous applications of all. They can be used even by people who have suffered some kind of physical injury, but in that case they have to be performed under strict professional guidance. Such workouts increase the flexibility of the body parts while also preventing the accumulation of tension in the muscles.

Resistance training

Free weights and machines are the basic equipment for resistance training and its specific fitness exercises. Examples of exercises include arm and biceps curls, triceps curls, forward arm raise, lateral raise, bench presses, dumbbell squats and workouts that target the less visible upper back. Resistance training also includes body weight fitness exercises that require absolutely no equipment at all, being executed by relying on the body weight exclusively.

Aerobics

This includes the most dynamic of fitness exercises, even if there are regular aerobics and step aerobics. The cardio stimulation is much higher for step aerobics. Cardio training remains difficult and controversial because there are lots of trainers that claim cardio routines to be detrimental for bodybuilding and even weight loss. Things are pretty confusing here because of the misinterpretations that come up.

You can learn the basics from specialists if you join a fitness class or a gym. If you try the home-version of fitness exercises, you could perform them incorrectly or you can make a program choice that does not match your specificity and individuality. Be constant in your training and you’ll make a lot of all routines!

The human body needs eight hours of sleep per night to recover; do your best to rest well. With a balanced lifestyle, you’ll have no problems training at the gym or performing all your daily activities. Anyone aiming at life improvements should commit to exercise and fitness to a higher or lower extent.

The Rise of Basketball

October 19th, 2010

Did you know that the game of Basketball was invented in 1891 by Dr James Naismith? If you did not know this basketball fact, then you probably are not aware that it was not until 1936 when the game of basketball became an official Olympic event. The two basketball leagues, the National Basketball League and the Basketball Association of America would then merge in 1949 to become what is today the National Basketball Association. Interesting basketball facts makes you wonder how the game was played. For example, the first games were played using a soccer ball. The first hoops had a bottom, like peach baskets and the referee would have to climb to climb on a ladder and get the ball once a player ‘scored a goal’. That was in the year 1891.

The first inter-collegiate match took place in 1895 between Minnesota State School of Agriculture and the Porkers of Hamline College with Minnesota State School defeating the Porkers. Some interesting basketball facts also include pioneer moments of the 20th century game as we know it. For example, the first Men’s College Basketball Championship was held in 1939 with the University of Oregon beating Ohio State Forty Six against Thirty Three. Another unforgettable moment in the history of basketball was the first televised college games in 1940. Basketball facts are not complete without a mention of the highest rated college basketball game that was seen on U.S. television in the 1979 National Collegiate Athletic Association championship game with Michigan State going against Indiana State and that starred magic Johnson and Larry Bird.

The original 13 rules that Naismith came up for the game of basketball still remain and are form some of the basketball facts that will remain as long as the game is played. A legendary player that made the game even more famous is Michael Jordan. He scored more points than any other player in the playoffs and continues to be an inspiration to not only basketball players but also to many people in their different careers and paths. It just goes that basketball knows no limits.

From the humble beginnings of basketball as a game to distract rowdy youths through the New England winter, the game has become an absolutely incredible sport. It is a game that is fun to play, fun to coach and fun to watch and this is one of the basketball facts that will forever make it what it is – outstanding.

October 18th, 2010

Home gym owners of any fitness level appreciate the low impact workouts and cardiovascular benefits of elliptical exercise machines. Some people compare the workout they get on elliptical exercise machines to pedaling on a stationary bike while standing up. The majority of elliptical exercise machines are equipped with upper handle bars that give users a truly total body workout. The best elliptical machines are, unsurprisingly, the more expensive ones.

Read our Yowza Navarre Elliptical Review

Make Your Own Workout Plan

October 17th, 2010

It has never been more important to get in the best shape of your life. Taking care of your body is a commitment that you have to make everyday. Of course, the trade-off is that you will have more days; having a regular workout plan will increase your life span, and, in all likelihood, make those extra days better lived. But you do not need to join a fancy and expensive gym nor have a personal trainer to have an effective workout plan. You can create your own. Here are some tips to help you make up your very own workout plan and see results right away.

The key to a workout plan, like virtually any plan, is commitment. Committing to regular exercise is the single most important thing you can do if you want to improve your health and lose some excess weight. A trick I use is to publicly announce my workout plan and intentions in some way. It is easy for me to trick myself and rationalize that I might skip today’s workout and work out extra next week, even though I know that that won’t happen. Telling others helps keep you accountable to the schedule and the goals that you set.

That is the other important part of any successful workout plan; having goals. Whether it is running for a certain amount of miles that you need to work up to, or losing a certain amount of weight, having goals focuses your workout plan, and allows you to check your progress and react accordingly. Reaching goals gives you a feeling of accomplishment and reinforces your workout plan. For that reason, start out with modest goals to begin with. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and your health won’t improve overnight. Take moderate steps and remind yourself that you are in this for the long haul; your goals should be weekly or monthly treats to help reinforce that you are going in the right direction.

Another good idea for your workout plan is to mix it up. Unless you absolutely love a certain exercise, like jogging or bicycling, mixing up your activities helps you keep your interest level up. Furthermore, a variety of activities is a good idea in any case for your workout plan, because it allows your body to be tested and strained in different ways, making your workouts more effective.

You can do all of these things for little to no money, without a gym and without a personal trainer. You just need some time, commitment and goals, and you can create your own workout plan today and see results.

How to Work Out Your Arm Muscles

October 16th, 2010

Exercise workouts are many and can involve different parts of the body. Let us talk about the arm muscle workout and see the different muscles that we can pump up. To start up, the arm consists of three main areas. These are the biceps, triceps and the forearms. The biceps are much smaller than the triceps and they are located on the front part of the upper arm. Beneath the biceps are the brachialis which are a flat muscle group that runs from the elbow all the way up to the upper arm bone. The triceps are located on the back of the upper arm. The forearms consists of 3 primary muscle groups; the forearm extensors, the forearm flexors and the supinators. The extensors lie along the outer sides of forearms, the flexors along the inner sides and the supinators on the upper and outer sections of forearms. Having an overview of the arm anatomy is essential so that any exercise workouts that you perform, they should give nothing less than optimum benefit to your arm muscles.

It is very difficult to unlearn bad exercise habits. So be resolved to learn the right exercise techniques from the very start. Arm exercise workouts should not be over-trained if they are to develop appropriately. It has to be realized that arms are actually secondary muscles when undertaking exercise workouts involving the chest, back and the shoulder. One basic exercise that works the forearms and the biceps are the Standing Barbell Curls. The barbell is grabbed with an underhand grip while one stands with the feet shoulder width apart. The elbows should be close to the torso at all times as you move only your arms using the bicep strength to curl the barbell up to shoulder length. Hold the position momentarily for maximum bicep peak contraction and then slowly lower the barbell down.

Exercise workouts for triceps include the Lying Barbell Extensions, Close Grip Bench Press, Tricep Push Down and the Tricep Bench Dips. The Bench Press is performed by having your feet flat on the floor with shoulder width apart while lying back on a bench. Position the barbell rack at arms length and over your lower chest and push the bar up and down. Always have a training partner in case you need help with this exercise. The Bench Dips are good for working all of your triceps. Try out some of the above exercise workouts. They are simple and the results can be seen in a few weeks time.

Explaining the College Football Polls

October 4th, 2010

With the college football season underway, more and more fans are talking about the different college football polls. With over one hundred teams alone in the top level of college football, it is impossible for all the teams to play one another. So how does a champion be crowned? Well, it has a lot to do with the college football polls, thus sparking some serious debates between the different fans and sportswriters around the country.

There are ultimately three college football polls, and they are actually quite different. The oldest of the three college football polls is the AP poll, in which the AP stands for Associated Press. As you would expect, this is a case where sportswriters and reporters rank the top twenty five teams, regardless of their regional conference. Essentially, the assign a point value to their top twenty five teams, starting with their top team getting twenty five, the second team getting twenty four, and so on. For years, the AP poll was the standard and was used to crown the champion at the end of the season. The thinking was that sportswriters were impartial and did not favor one particular team or program over another and thus, could objectively rank the teams.

The other well-known of the college football polls is the Coaches’ Poll. Just as you would expect, this is a poll done by most of the head coaches at a variety of college football programs around the country. They vote in the same process as the Associated Press poll and the thinking behind this poll is that the coaches’ know more about the particular games than any reporter ever could. While the two polls generally are close, they are rarely identical, even with the top spot. In fact, there have been years where they declare different national champions.

Into these competition of two college football polls came the BCS or Bowl Championship Series poll. Unlike the first two college football polls, the BCS is not a voting poll, but instead a computer generated poll, using a variety of logarithms and variables to rank the teams. The was supposed to be the height of impartiality, but it often ignores certain basic, common sense things. For instance, if two teams both have one loss, one team could be ranked higher than the team that beat them.

All of the three college football polls have serious issues and many people want to see them gone and college football move to a play off system to declare a national champion. However, as long as the college football polls exist, it will spark fierce debate and heightened interest in the game.

A Guide to Basketball Positions

October 4th, 2010

Basketball is a popular sport that continues to attract more and more fans, both in the United States and many countries around the globe. Much of this increase in popularity has stemmed from the game’s many popular superstars including players such as Candace Parker, Yao Ming and LeBron James, who compete at the highest level in the National Basketball Association. These players definitely contribute a lot to the growing popularity. Whether you are new to basketball altogether, or are slightly familiar with the basics, a better understanding to the basketball positions will help you enjoy the games more. Here is a guide to the five main basketball positions.

The first and arguably most important of the basketball positions is point guard. The point guard serves as the floor captain or quarterback of the offense. He or she is responsible for running the offense and has most of the ball handling responsibilities. The point guard tries to get the other four players involved in the offense by passing often and setting up plays.

Shooting guard is one of the most popular basketball positions, and for good reason. One of the easiest pleasures in basketball is shooting and making baskets and this attracts a variety of the most skilled and athletic players. The best shooting guards are able to score in a variety of ways and often are expected to lead the team in buckets scored.

Small forward is similar in terms of basketball positions with shooting guard, albeit with more versatility. Some small forwards are prized for non-scoring skills, like excellent rebounding or defense. However, the best small forwards function as something of a swiss-army knife, providing a variety of skills for the team.

The last two basketball positions are essentially the same: power forward and center. These are the tallest players on the team and are expected to provide a presence “down low”. These players usually lead the team in rebounding and blocking and chip in a lot of points in the paint.

Not one of the basketball positions is more important than the other. All of the different basketball positions require different skills and talents, and more important than any one player is that the group performs as a single team. The different approaches to the different basketball positions, and how different coaches use different players contribute to the strategy and fun of basketball games.

Buy NFL Football Tickets for Any Team

October 3rd, 2010

My favorite sports team is the Chicago Bears. I have all kinds of Bears apparel and memorabilia, and block out every Sunday from September to January to make sure I never miss a game. I’m no fair-weather fan, either. I’ve been doing this for the past 30 years, even though the team just has one Super Bowl championship in all that time. But no matter how bad things appear, I always look forward to the next contest, completely confident that the team can bounce back with a win.

The only thing that would be better than watching the games on my 52-inch plasma television would be seeing them in person at Soldier Field. But it’s very hard to get NFL football tickets these days, especially for a franchise as successful as the Bears. There’s a long waiting list for season passes, which I probably couldn’t afford anyway. But it’s hard to score a single-game ticket as well, particularly since I don’t want to deal with scalpers out on the street corner. That’s why for the upcoming season, I’m considering buying NFL football tickets online.

Not too long ago, Ticketmaster used to be the only reasonable option to purchasing directly from the box office. But within the past 10-15 years, online ticket brokers have expanded the market, giving consumers some much-need variety and competition. Because there are so many places selling NFL football tickets now, it’s much easier to get great seats at bargain prices. Moreover, I can now purchase seats at any stadium across the country right from my own home. This means I can follow my favorite team on the road or make a pilgrimage a historic site like Lambeau Field all with one phone call to an online broker that carries discount NFL football tickets.

From what I’ve read, it’s important to be careful and make sure I’m dealing with a reputable outfit before purchasing NFL football tickets online. The first thing I should do is make sure the company has a big enough inventory to be able to supply me with passes to the games I want. Also, the prices and fees should be published prominently so that I can do some comparison shopping before I place my order. And finally, I should only buy NFL football tickets from a broker that offers a 100% guarantee for each purchase. That way, if something goes wrong, I can get a refund for the full purchase price.

After doing some checking, I’ve found a couple of good sites that buy and sell NFL football tickets. So far, the prices appear to be about 40% less than the competition, and one place even offers bigger discounts for last-minute purchases that are close to the event date. At this rate, it looks like I’ll finally be able to attend a game in person later this season. I can’t wait!

Komodo Gear Announces New Free E-Magazine

October 3rd, 2010

Komodo Gear Announces New Free E-Magazine!

Talk about an exciting time. Komodo has been traveling all across the country these past years attending numerous racing and track day events. We’ve been publishing newsletters for a while, giving our friends and customers a birds eye view into Komodo, but we think publishing an e-mag is a better way to communicate and show our customers who we are and what we do. You know, show you what we’re made of and give you some detailed insight into the culture here at Komodo Gear.

For those of you who don’t know us , Komodo Gear is a company that designs, manufactures and distributes purpose driven motorcycle gear via on-line. It all comes down to what we do and who we are. As a company, we practice our values and strengths through direct participation. This is accomplished by manufacturing world class products, providing great customer service and supporting our sponsored riders and customers with personal service and support track side.

Throughout this journey we have created real relationships with many of our customers. The experience and friendships that we make are invaluable to us. How about that? Who would have thought that a manufacturer would actually get out and interact with everyone? We actually get away from our desks and warehouse and mingle with everyday people from all across the country. That brings up a great topic – socializing, which we’ll briefly touch upon how Komodo participates. When you travel across the county you listen to your customers carefully. That’s where we get our inspiration – from you! And we’ll be keeping you updated on our culture and experiences from several social media fronts such facebook, YouTube and Twitter!

In this issue, we have some great information from Island Racing Services on the proven Michelin Power One Race tires and have some independent reviews from TrackdayMag.com and 2Wheel Freaks!

In addition, we are promoting the grand opening of the new motocross and ATV track, Komodo Xrossing.

Well be keeping you updated on the new track and what people think of it. We’re also sharing some great articles from O’Shea Squalls who drag races in the Outlaw class in the PMRA and the KOTT drag racing series. O’Shea is not only a very competitive racer, but has won several prestigious awards such as, PMRA Racer Of The Year and the PMRA Dave Howell, Dlorah Lee Memorial Award.

Wayne will be writing his own column and sharing an interview from Ty Howard, who is our Rider of the Month and races in the CMRA, and getting his side of the story of what it’s really like to race the new KTM RC8-R.

Last but not least, don’t forget to check out the crash section as we have a great write up from Danny McCraw, a real privateer who races a Yamaha R6in the competitive CMRA series.

We hope you take the time to read our e-mag and we hope it makes you smile.

The Value of College Football Rankings

October 2nd, 2010

One of the best symbols of autumn and the back to school season is the return of college football. For many people, college football is their favorite spectator sport. For many adults, following their alma mater’s football team is a strong connection to some of their favorite memories of their youth. For others, college football is the ultimate in bragging rights among friends. College football is different than professional football in many ways, but one of the biggest differences is the existence of college football rankings.

Unlike professional football, college football is comprised of several conferences at a variety of levels. At the I-A level (the top division), there are 11 different conferences around the country, and a handful of “independent” schools, such as the University of Notre Dame, that are not in a particular conference. With all of the different conferences, it is nearly impossible to declare who the “best” team in the whole country is. Here is the usefulness of college football rankings.

There are actually three different systems of college football rankings. The first is called the AP poll. This is the oldest of the college football rankings and is done by a panel of sixty to seventy sports writers from around the country. They rank the top 25 teams irrespective of conference. The Coaches’ Poll ranks the same number of teams, but this is done by roughly half of the coaches in the college football ranks. As you can imagine, these polls do not always line up, and this has led to, in several years, a split championship, where each poll names a different football team as the end of season winner of their respective college football rankings.

To help alleviate the consternation of fans with both polls, the BCS rankings were established. “The computer” is responsible for these college football rankings, as a series of mathematical formulas that take into account a variety of data, including the rankings in the aforementioned AP and Coaches’ Polls, are “programmed” and “calculated” to find the two “finalists” to play in the championship game.

All of these different college football rankings have their detractors and supporters, but what this does is increase the amount of discourse on college football. Disagreements bring out fan passion and loyalty, and, in an indirect way, the imperfections of the three college football rankings help make the sport better for those that watch it.

How To Stop A Golf Slice

October 2nd, 2010

If a slice has developed in your golf game, there is no doubt that you want to get rid of it, and as quickly as possible. To stop a golf slice we first need to look at the causes.

What is a Slice?

A sliced shot is one that curves from left to right (for a right handed golfer). The reason the ball moves that way is due to the spin imparted at impact. The spin is caused by the club face being open.

What Causes a Slice?

The major cause of a golf slice is the stance being too open. This will produce an outside-in swing which will result in too much spin on the ball.

Another cause is having a weak grip. A weak grip will allow the shaft to rotate and the club face will not impact square on the ball. A strong grip can also contribute to a slice.

The position of the ball is another possible cause a slice. If the ball is forward in the stance, it will force the shoulders to open.

If you have a problem slicing the ball you need to get it under control. One you learn hot to fix a golf slice your game should start improving.

Improve Your Golf Swing Tips

October 2nd, 2010

Golf is truly an individual sport. Although the fundamentals are the same for everyone, there will rarely be two people with the same golf swing. This is because everyone has a different body type or size. They have different strength and flexibility.

So developing and improving your golf swing is very much an individual thing. You need to practice the basic fundamentals of golf until they are ingrained in your muscles. This will lead to confidence on the course, and that confidence will lead to success and enjoyment of the game.

The first basic skill to learn and practice is to keep your eyes on the ball and head still. This will make it a lot easier to make consistent swings and therefore hitting the ball consistently. You head should be straight in line with your spine and your nose raised slightly. This will enable you shoulder to fit under your chin during the backswing. If your head is tilted downwards, as you start your backswing your shoulder will force your head to move. The result will be a poor swing.

You can learn more on how to improve your golf swing at Golf Swing Basics. You will also find articles on how to hit a golf ball further and how to fix a golf slice.
